Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised, receiving an “order confirmation” via email indicating the items selected, does not guarantee all items will be in stock. We will notify you by email when your package is picked up by the postal service. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of shipment. If there is no one present to accept your package, it will still be left at your house. Elite Empire cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. If you’re unhappy with your order, whatever the reason may be, we’ll make it right. Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We can not return items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Any sign of scent (including deodrant) or animal hair will result in the return being rejected. If you have requested an exchange for an item which is more expensive then your return item, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for your desired product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and we recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.
Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.
